Mingming Xu, Director of the Nursing at Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Principal Nursing Officer, and Master’s Supervisor, is a Shenzhen Leading Talent in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Discipline Leader of Guangdong Provincial Key Specialty in TCM (Nursing), Discipline Leader of Shenzhen Characteristic Specialty in TCM (TCM Nursing), and Standing Committee Member of the Nursing Committee of the China Association of Chinese Medicine. She has long been dedicated to the practice and innovation of TCM nursing. In recent years, she has focused on the practical needs of clinical nursing management and services, striving to promote the deep integration of information technology with TCM nursing practice. She has led or participated in over 10 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, published nearly 30 academic papers, and served as chief editor for five publications including the national “13th Five-Year Plan” innovative textbook for higher education in TCM. Additionally, she has organized more than 30 national, provincial, and municipal continuing education programs in TCM nursing.
