The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). US Dollar and RMB is for reference only.

 

Notes

* Full-time students are required to provide their student ID card for verification.

^# Special Caring Rate: The discounted rate will be offered to the organisations listed on the HKCSS / HKGCSE / SEBC or District Health Centre. If you would like to enjoy the special caring rate, please directly approach your organisation for more details.

 

Method of Payment

• Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

1. Visa, MasterCard

2. Cheque in HKD payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd” (for local participants only)

 

Registration Entitlements

Registration fee includes

• Admission to all scientific sessions on 26-27 November 2025
• Admission to coffee/tea on 26-27 November 2025

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat by email at APEHC2025@icc.com.hk.

Cancellation before 27 October 2025	50% of the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellation after 27 October 2025 (Including no-show in the conference)	No refund

Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organisation and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced on or before 27 October 2025.

 

All refund will be processed after the Conference.

 

Rules and Regulations

• Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
• Conference Secretariat will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment.
• The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, the only liability of the Organisers is to refund the registration fees paid. In the event of delay of the Conference or change of Conference date, no refund will be made.
• In the event of the Conference delay, cancellation or change of Conference date related to outside control, such as weather, emergency, traffic control, we will post the information to the delegates via official website and email.
• All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
