Abstract Submission Guidelines

Asia Pacific eHealth Conference 2025 cordially invite all interested individuals to submit abstracts for presentation in scientific sessions. All abstracts must be submitted online via the online Abstract Submission Portal.

Conference Dates:	26-27 November 2025
Abstract Submission Deadline:	20 September 2025
Notification of Acceptance:	October 2025
Submission Portal:	Online Abstract Submission Submission must be made via the Online Portal only; fax and postal mail will not be accepted.
Registration:	All presenters are required to pre-register to the Conference with full payment to confirm their Conference participation and presentation of their works.

Abstract Format and Guideline

• Title of the abstract should be typed in Capital Letters for English abstract.
• Presentation language should be in English only.
• List the institution(s) of the author in the Author Affiliation section and enter the corresponding number in the Co-Authors section.
• Abstract should be typed within the box provided on this form and describe the objectives, methods, results and conclusions.
• The abstract should not exceed 400 words.
