Hui Hing Loi is the Business Development Manager at EH Plus Digital Technology Limited, a spin-off of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HA) focused on transforming healthcare through digital innovation. With over 30 years of experience in enterprise-scale engineering projects, he has contributed to key initiatives such as the Clinical Management System (CMS), HA Go, and the Smart Hospital project. Mr. Hui also led the Enterprise Architecture mission, standardizing frameworks that align data, application, and technical architectures with business strategies, which are core capabilities that differentiate EHPD from others. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong.
